Substitutions:  Our Colonial Chefs can cook just about anything!  If you have special dietary needs or a special menu request, just ask us, and we will provide a custom quote.

Length of Program: 2.5 Hours, Evenings after 4:00 PM or by special arrangement

* Groups of 46 or more are served in successive shifts or under 18th century canopy tents on the grounds.
Beer & Wine: we do not serve alcohol, but your group may bring its own. Wine glasses will be provided at each place setting. Please drink responsibly.
Terms:  a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve any date.  
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, you will be invoiced at the full event price.   Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

A 15% Gratuity will be added to your final bill
