Re-enactor and staff itinerary for Thursday - Monday May 24-- 28

If you are a member of the public interested in  visiting the farm for the public re-enactment,  click here for the public itinerary. 

All listed events will take place in the vicinity of the Hawk's Head Public House, near the Oak Glen roadside.


Thursday May 24

Early Camp Setup begins at 4:00 PM
PLEASE CHECK IN WITH THE TAVERNKEEPER
BEFORE PITCHING TENTS.   Jack Pritchard of the 23rd and
Greg Harrington of the Royal Americans are establishing a camp plan by unit.   The map will be available at the tavern.
Friday May 25

Ongoing Camp Setup from
6:00 AM -- 9:00 AM 
and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM
There will be a Revolutionary War School Field Trip on Friday
between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.    Please no cars in camp during that
time; contact the Tavern Keeper if you would like to
participate in the school Tour.

Friday Evening

Tavern Doors Open at 7:00 PM
(Bring in your own camp meal or bread, cider & cheese & soup will
be offered for sale)
Saturday May 26

7:00 PM Tavern Dinner: Cidered Ham,  Lentil Soup, Wheat Bread, Roast Potatoes, Green Beans, Apple Pie... ($15 if paid by Friday Evening, $20 at the door)
