At Valley Forge we lost hundreds of men to the cold. On the Canada expedition, the boys were eating their shoes--and their dogs! Down south, a Redcoat colonel put our lads to the bayonet--after they surrendered.

If you really want to build some team-spirit, give your team a little history! Nothing beats the blues like perspective!

At Riley's Farm, you're going to feed, clothe, and prepare your own small army. After arrival, your group will change into the clothing of the Revolutionary Era, enjoy a colonial lunch meal, and then go up against our own small army of Redcoats. At the end of the day, you'll enjoy a colonial dinner feast in a candle lit farm house--complete with Patrick Henry's "Give me Liberty or Give me Death!" speech.

Each team building exercise will be preceded by the rules of the game and an historical introduction to the task at hand. Throughout the day, a patrol of British regulars (Redcoats) from our award-winning staff, will harass, mock, belittle, tease and pester you. (They like doing that--just like your competition.)

The fight for our country--and our liberties--embraces more than just warfare though. The people of America kept the fields tended, the children educated, and the animals groomed, and that will go for you too. You may be picking raspberries, milking a cow, picking corn, whatever the farm demands, and you are going to do it while the enemy is shooting at you.

What? You wanted easy? Easy didn't earn us a country! Easy doesn't get you ahead of the competition either. Your team will have to work together or our redcoats are going to take you apart-piece by piece.
